BFR™ Fixed-Film System
Advanced Biological Treatment Technology
BFR™ Fixed - Film System:
The BFR™ is an advanced fixed-film biological technology. The reactor has a plug flow design configuration intended to minimize short circuiting and to remove BOD5, COD and other priority polluntatnts at a very high efficiency. The system's low O&M cost and short hydraulic retention time make it economical for a wide range of applications. The systems have smaller footprints, which minimizes installation cost, and a modular design capability that allows the plant to grow as needed. |
Advantages:
- Lower Initial Capital Coast
- Lower O&M Cost
- Lower Installation Cost
- Lower HRT
- Modular System Design
- Clean Looking System
- Shorter Equipment Delivery
- Experience With Biologoical Processes
- Portable System
- Easy to Operate
- Five Standard Sizes

Dissolved Air Flotation System
Advanced Clarification Technology
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System:
The DAF is a liquid-solid separation process in which microscopic air bubbles become attached to solids, particles suspended in a liquid, causing the solid particles to float. To improve solids separation, chemicals are added to the waste streams to achieve coagulation and flocculation of suspended solids (TSS). Our DAF systems are pre-fabricated for erection cost savings, corrosion control, and better construction flexibility.
|

Advantages:
- Lower Initial Capital Cost
- Lower Installation Cost
- Lower Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT)
- DAF floor space requirement in most cases is about 15% of a settling clarifier
- DAF volume is about 5% of a settling tank
- More consistent degree of clarification.
- Clean Looking System
- Shorter Equipment Delivery
- Easy To Operate
- Experience in design, installation, startup and training

Biological Air System (BAS™)
Advanced Air Pollution Control Technology
BAS™ - Is an advanced fixed-film biological air treatment technology. The BAS™ uses microorganisms and a packing bed to absorb and then degrade gas phase pollutants (VOCs, air toxics, and odors) under aerobic conditions yielding CO2, H2O, and microbial bio-mass. |
Advantages:
- Significantly lower operating and installation costs
- Considerable energy savings
- No cross-contamination
- Reduced emissions of greenhouse gases
- Degradation of polluntants at room temperature
- Effective capture and elimination VOCs
- Engineered to minimize pressure drop and maximize bio-treatment
- Very easy to operate
- Modular system design
- Shorter equipment delivery
- Clean looking process technology
